KKR Files S-1 for IPO

I know its the 4th of July holiday tomorrow, but KKR has filed for its IPO today. Here is the link to the S-1 Filing. I haven't had time to sort through it much, but Henry Kravis and Company are the pioneers of the industry so it will be awesome to read the details and hear the story in the filing and all the inevitable press that will come out. I'm sure there will be lots of interesting comparisons between Blackstone and KKR. At a glance, it looks like KKR has about $60 billion under management, whereas Blackstone has almost $80 billion. So clearly Blackstone has the edge. If you find anything interesting in the filing before I do, please let me know. Happy 4th!
