The first Pure VC post

Welcome to the first post of the Pure VC blog. I am a venture capitalist who recently closed on a new fund.  I decided to launch this blog and join the ranks of venture capitalists for several reasons. I believe there is no better time than now to become a venture capitalist. The venture capital industry has gone through tremendous transformation in the last decade. There is some debate as to the future of the industry. On the one hand, everybody wants to get into venture capital (see  "How to become a venture capitalist") while some veterans are saying good-bye (see "Good-bye to Venture Capital"). I decided to join the fray and share my experiences in the industry. Please join me on my journey.
